VISS – Kalba is now accepting enrolments for  Pre-KG to Grade 9.

Grade Required Age

Nursery

 2 Years old by 31 December 2026

Pre-KG

(also known as FS1)

 3 Years old by 31 December 2026

KG

(also known as FS2 or KG1)

 4 Years old by 31 December 2026

Prep

(also known as Year 1 or KG2)

 5 Years old by 31 December 2026

Grade 1 

(also known as Year 2)

 6 Years old by 31 December 2026

يجب أن يكون عمر الطالب سنتين (2) في 31 ديسمبر 2026 حضانة
يجب أن يكون عمر الطالب ثلاث سنوات (3) بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر2026 الروضة التمهيدي
يجب أن يكون عمر الطالب أربع سنوات (4) بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2026 الروضة الأولى
يجب أن يكون عمر الطالب خمس سنوات (5) بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2026 الروضة الثانية
يجب أن يكون عمر الطالب ست سنوات (6) بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2026 الصف الأول

Student Registration

The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) regulates all schools in Sharjah. All children attending the school must be registered with via our school with SPEA. Our Registration office will manage this as part of each student’s enrolment. For new applications we will require the following:

Our registration process is online. For new applicants, we require the following documents individually scanned and uploaded in our Online Application Form.

    • Student and Parents Passport copies
    • Student and Parents ID copies
    • Family Book (Emiratis only)
    • Student and Parents UAE Residency (Non-Emirati families)
    • Student’s Vaccination/Immunization Card
    • Student’s Birth Certificate

    Any changes , updates or amendments to documentation must be updated with the school Registration Office.
